Dickerson Open House
This years Bethesda Center For Excellence (BCE) Dickerson Open House was another huge success. Every year this event attracts paddlers of all ages and abilities to the awesome whitewater that the Dickerson Powerplant produces. This is the one time of the year that none BCE members get the opportunity to paddle the course and see what it's all about. Tom McEwan organized and put on this event for yet another year. Many of the participants in the open house go on to take classes on the course that are conducted through Tom's school Liquid Adventures.

This year Fluid was able to get some Flirt demo boats on the water at Dickerson for all of the open house participants to enjoy. The response was great and a few people attending the open house even brought their own Flirts, spreading the good word about these exciting boats.

Check out the Liquid Adventures website for more info on this event and scheduling so that you can attend next years event or sign up for a class on the course.

I hope to see you all out on the water- Bryon Dorr
