Last Significant Thrashing: I snapped my paddle in the middle of the Mosier Dam on the Beaver River. I was able to avoid a major rooster tail with 1/3 of a paddle but got worked in the hole at the bottom.

Miles Driven in ’04 for Paddling: A lot

Longest Drive to Paddling Destination: My house to Colorado. It is a long way across a LOT of flat waste-land. Seeing this had me questioning who got the better end of the Louisiana Purchase. Once arriving in Colorado, it was apparent that we did.
